Animal Print is This Millennial’s Best Accessory
You’d think I’d get tired of seeing “TK Ways to Wear Leopard Print” articles or videos, but I’m not. They’re the gift that keeps on giving, especially since I’ve been a fan of leopard print for years. I’ve said it once and I’ll say it again: leopard print is a neutral IMO. Whether or not that’s true doesn’t make a difference to me. Still, another print has caught my attention: cow print
As bold as they may seem, I realize I have a ton of neutral items that gives these Steve Madden heels room to shine. They’re absolutely gorgeous IMO and seem to align with the quirky, yet stylish auntie vibe I have going on.
Note: They’re narrow, so go up a half size!
The Style Video That Enticed Me to Invest in Cow Print
Was I influenced to buy a pair cow print heels? Yes and I’m not ashamed to admit it! I’ve become more selective about the content creators I follow and feel confident knowing I can rely on Carolyn Gray’s impeccable taste serve as style inspo that aligns with who I am. Specifically, I’m fond of a video she shared almost two weeks ago as part of a series called Worn Three Ways Wednesday.
It’s meant to encourage people to express their personal style and to lean into having fun with items you may already own. There’s no hard stop against buying new pieces, but the overarching goal is to be intentional about wearing things that feel like you. It’s refreshing IMO because it features so many different takes on a chosen theme and reminds me just how creative others truly are.
The theme for this style video was “White Out” and was described as:
“We’re stepping into summer with clean, crisp layers — styling summer whites and soft neutrals for looks that breathe ease, energy, and warm-weather glow.”
Other Animal Print Pieces I Own
Realistically, I only have a couple of more animal print pieces in my closet and they’re a variation of leopard or cheetah print. They’re also from H&M, but I promise that wasn’t intentional. It just so happens the fast fashion retailer got the memo and started offering some of the best variations of animal print I’ve seen.

H&M Slip Skirt, $34.99
