After learning the ropes at a few digital publications and partnering with household brands, I’m expanding my horizons by merging my two great loves; written copy and branded content.

Jasmine Jenai realized she wanted to have a media career when she first saw Carmen Cummings grace her local TV news station. From there, watching prime time talk shows like The Oprah Winfrey Show solidified her desire to reach mass audiences with captivating words.

Since then, she’s gone on to interview names like Whoopi Goldberg, Issa Rae, and Amber Venz Box of the LTK Platform. Not only that, but she’s created amazing brand partnerships with Cécred’s PR team Derris & Tower 28 Beauty!

ABOUT WORKING WITH ME

Before I’m a writer who knows how to leverage brand partnerships, I’m a people person. This means I lead with respect and understanding first because being a considerate person is free. Also, nasty attitudes give me the ick and go against my creative nature. In other words, I believe creativity is all about collaboration.

Working with me means you’re getting:

  • Communication — No one’s getting far without clear communication. It’s the cornerstone of a successful partnership and helps build a beautiful foundation if nurtured properly!

  • Collaboration — Again, communication = collaboration where you’re able to offer input during each step of the way! Have a question, concern or idea you want to share? Don’t be afraid to share what’s on your mind. I don’t have to remind you to be respectful because you’re wonderful in that way 😉.

  • Honesty — Not to be confused with unhinged behavior that’s often labeled as “being blunt.” If there’s a hiccup or something is beyond my creative abilities, you’ll be the first to know. Also, if you’re confused about any part of your project or want to make changes to something, I’m all ears!

  • Research — As much as creativity’s about packaging copy and branded images in a magnetic way, research is also involved. Whether it’s combing through SEO analytics, staying up-to-date with competitors or connecting you with real experts to help drive your message home, you can trust I’m bringing a bevy of expert-backed POVs your way!
